This website

The website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. Fonts and images are served from this site, so your browser makes no requests to third parties.

Our hosting provider, Netlify, Inc. (USA), processes technical data such as your IP address in server logs to deliver the website and keep it secure. Transfers to the US are covered by Netlify's data processing agreement, which includes the EU standard contractual clauses. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).

When you contact us

When you write to us, we process your name, email address and the content of your message to answer you and follow up. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying, or steps toward a contract at your request (GDPR art. 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b)).

Our email is hosted by Google Workspace, which processes the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement.

How long we keep data

We keep correspondence as long as it is needed for the dialogue. If you become a client, we keep accounting records for five years as required by the Danish Bookkeeping Act.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Write to ulrik@zaco.dk.

You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), datatilsynet.dk.
